Terms Of Service Purchasing Terms I as a customer am purchasing a virtual/digital item. I understand that this virtual/digital item cannot be returned.

I as a customer will not send any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase, transaction, dispute, claim or related action.

If I as a customer have any concerns, I will contact the merchant and allow a reasonable amount of time for the merchant to address my concerns before leaving a negative review or taking any other action.

I will not initiate a chargeback once the transaction is completed. I affirm that I am the owner of this PayPal account and authorize this payment as I proceed with the transaction.

I understand that initiating a chargeback would be considered fraudulent, and I acknowledge that legal action can be taken.

No refunds will be provided unless a request is made and the seller accepts it.

The seller reserves the right to reject refund requests without providing a cause or reason at any time.

We do not assume responsibility for any bans. We are not accountable for any misinterpretation of the product description. I as a customer know that I'm not allowed to resell any of the sellers products unless an agreement has been made. If not the seller can and will limit your access to the server.
